«The annexed trip itinerary and quote describe exactly what is included and excluded in the tour. Since every tour is different, it is the Client’s responsibility to understand the inclusions and exclusions before booking. Any expenses arising from the delay, disruption, or extension of a trip due to causes beyond the Service Provider’s control are not included. Tips for guides, drivers, boatmen, lodge staff, and luggage porters may or may not be included.»
CHANGES IN GROUP SIZE
The annexed trip itinerary and quote were elaborated based on the requested number of group participants. After the due date of final payment, cancellations of participants are the responsibility of the Client. When unpaid money is recoverable, a percentage of these may be repaid to the Client, but this will be determined on an individual case basis. It should be assumed that late cancellations by individual clients will result in the forfeit of monies paid.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Initial deposit due at time of booking: 30%
Final payment due: 90 days before the tour starts.
If there is a last-minute reservation, we require total payment to secure the services.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE CLIENT
If the cancellation occurs from 120 to 91 days before the first day of the tour, 50% of the project fee will be refunded.
If the cancellation occurs 60 days or less before the first day of the tour, a 100% penalty will be charged and therefore the project fee will not be refunded.

We Travel allows you to pay with a local bank account in your local currency and is more convenient than a wire transfer. It also allows you to pay by credit card. If you choose this option, please let us know so we can send the personalized link of payment.
